You may have noticed when creating a new submission, your personal information is now locked in.
This is a required limitation now that our system allows you to view previous submissions. Think of it like logging in for security purposes.
In the future, we hope to enable you to adjust your name as necessary. In the meantime, if there's an issue, please contact your broker and ask them to reach out to Sayata support.
If you need to change an email address, please log out, and then create a new submission using the new email address via your broker's RSA link. Keep in mind, this won't change your current email address, it will just create a new agent account.
