Sometimes there are quotes that appear in the proposal pack that don't appear in the system. This could happen for a few reasons:
- Different limit/retention settings. To ensure quotes are “apples-to-apples,” we only show quotes for one limit/retention at a time. If the quote you're looking for has a different limit/retention, try switching to view that limit/retention.
Related article: How to change limit/retention and request a new option - The quote was refreshed. While unlikely, it is possible your broker refreshed your quotes, and as a result the quote changed or got declined. Checked the 'declined' tab to see if it's there.
- Revised applicant data. If your broker revised the applicant information, either by editing their basic information, or by answering additional underwriting questions, this may lead to quotes being marked as 'invalid/conflicting details.' You can view those quotes in the 'Declined' quotes tab.
